An independent service

The Passport Photo Maker is not affiliated with any government. We prepare photos according to published requirements, but the authority that issues your document makes the final decision on whether a photo is accepted.

Your content

You must have the right to use the photos you upload. You keep all rights to them; you allow us to process them only to deliver your files.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown before you pay. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, email hello@thepassportphotomaker.com within 14 days of paying and we will refund it in full, whatever the reason. A refunded file can no longer be downloaded. This does not affect any legal rights you have as a consumer.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it to create fraudulent documents.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, including travel costs or delays linked to an application.
