What you're paying for — and what you're not
The check is always free
Upload a phone photo and we measure head size, eye position, tilt, background and lighting against your document's published spec. You see the result before you pay anything.
One-time payment, no subscription
$4.99 for the digital file, $6.99 for the file plus a 4 × 6 in print sheet you can print at any photo counter. You pay once, per photo — there is no plan, no renewal and nothing to cancel.
Money back on a measurable rejection
If the issuing authority rejects a photo we sold you on a measurable spec — size, head height, background, file format — send us the rejection notice and we refund you in full.
Uploads deleted after 24 hours
The photo you upload is used only to build your files and is deleted from our servers within 24 hours. A file you don't buy is deleted after 24 hours too.
Some documents have nothing to buy
Canada requires a commercial studio stamp and Australia requires dye-sublimation prints — rules no website can satisfy. For those documents we offer the free check only, and the page says so.
